The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

My wife’s steak - she’s always been fantastic at steak, but now I’ve gone from medium to medium rare, it’s just amazing.

Bit of comfort food for us today. Pork, stuffing and apple sauce cobs with a side of chilli and salt fries.

Didn't fancy a Sunday roast.

Did a lamb hotpot today - 1 casserole dish so not much washing up & a bit of comfort food for a cold day

Roast chicken all the trimmings, plus some extra pigs in blankets that fell into my shopping trolley about 6 weeks ago and then frozen.

There's a strawberry cheesecake in the fridge but nobody has had a go at it just yet.

Tried Plant Pioneer vegan steak tonight. Had them with chips, onion rings and sautéed mushrooms.

Really enjoyed it. Would recommend.

I cooked the Jamie Oliver toad in the hole. It's nice but it's barely better than a bog standard recipe, which are awesome as they are.

Lamb steak from the butchers today with roasts, various veg & usual accompaniments.

Good, but should have had a bit more meat as that turned into a semi vegetarian meal.

Had a Chinese takeaway delivery on Saturday - & you can see why a lot of people are overweight if that was supposed to be for 1 person.

Half on Saturday & the rest reheated for tonight

Whenever I order Chinese, I always order extra for the next day. The next day there are never any leftovers...🤦

Today we be having a new York strip, grilled mushrooms, onion, fried egg, peas, grilled toms and home made chips with a bit of HP on the side

"Whatcha doin' with that ice cream scoop?"

In every other country, that country would get "What's it look like I'm fucking doing?"
