Palace could be set to appoint Patrick Viera as manager now

Markus Schopp in at Barnsley. They seem to have the Teutonic version of our system.

Frank de Boer binned by the Dutch

Everton look set to appoint Rafa - things will get very tricky if the season starts badly . Rafa's a tough nut mind you .

Palace are looking to Viera .

That leaves Spurs . Still amazed that Levy had no plan in place when he sacked Jose . The fact that he has allowed a situation to develop where the whole succession thing is being played out in public so openly is a huge mistake .

Do your business quietly and under the radar . Yes , some people will reject your offer - but that's not unusual......but don't let it play out in public .

Cheeky little three year deal. Sounds good until you look at it and see that none of Everton's last four managers lasted 18 months.

Peter Kay kept quiet about doing Max and Paddy Series 2

I just don’t get why they keep Ferguson on. Patently unqualified bar being a fucking nutter.

Expect them to get plenty of Man City youngsters on loan now then.

Cooper quitting Swansea
Best four players (Woodman, Guehi, Hourihane, Ayew) all gone and £0 came in for them, three were on loan, Ayew's contract ran out. Parachute money all finished now.

Begs the question why he didn't go when they lost the playoffs I suppose, he must have known all that.

Also a cautionary tale about relying on loan players.
