Well we gave the Bucs a very decent game and Heinicke was top dollar. The rushing TD was just sensational. We still aren’t very good but a decent draft and we should be challenging for the NFC East again. Chase Young is a wonderful acquisition.

Yep, solved. But shows the state of my mind regarding American politics at the moment that I found it totally plausible.

Aside from the Saints PR fuck up amidst all the glory was the disgraceful behaviour of Lamar Jackson not shaking hands with the Titans.

Well I can’t profess to know much about him beyond he’s the Titans OC. Thought their play calling in the last game against Baltimore was dreadful as they continued with Henry even though it clearly wasn’t working and they were actually being successful when they threw it.

And yes, we don’t have a Derrick Henry. Can he be successful without him I have no idea.

We aren’t far off a playoff team IMV, despite the record, and with a successful draft that could easily happen. Problem is i think we’ve got pretty bad cap issues and we probably aren’t getting the production out of Julio for the contract he’s on. If he can stay healthy he should still be able to perform to an elite standard, particularly with Ridley alongside him meaning he might get more single coverage.

Dolphins widely reported as a destination (and have a QB in part-exchange).

Two things to remember:
Texans have no 1st or 2nd round draft pick and lots of holes especially in defence
Watson can just choose not to play
