Jags vs Philly in 2018 was AFC runner up versus Superbowl winners
Jags ended up 5 & 11 that year, so not a good team. The Bortles season in 2017 was something of a fluke if I recall correctly, although I wasn't really watching back then.

Trevor Lawrence isn't that bad to be fair, he just has almost zero talent around him. Which is what you'd expect from the team that drafted 1st.

Not the point though is it when it was scheduled it was a premium game. You are always relying on one of the smaller franchises being good to get a quality match up as they are the only ones who will voluntarily give up a home game. Once the rotation starts next season with teams playing their 17th game abroad then it'll improve the chances of a top match up

I guess we're always going to get stuck with the Jags no matter what, due to their obvious London links.

The Jags were legit the year they went to the AFC Championship game. That front seven was unreal.

It all blew up after that, though. Weird roster moves, questionable team culture instilled by Marrone, and the offensive line went to pot.

Dolphins now losing to the Jags! That's hilarious. Flores surely wouldn't survive a loss here...

Flores had a ton of credit in the bank coming into this season, but he’s quickly losing it all. People would have accepted the offense being poor (everyone is ready to crucify Tua over it), but the defense regressing the way it has is really wild and inexcusable, especially given that that is supposed to be Flores’ strongest area.

Jason Bell annoys me, I really dislike his shouty high pitched squeaky voice.

Defensively atrocious but enjoyable game. I never think the London games have a great atmosphere on the TV, sound too much like Emirates

That's a couple of clutch field goals from the Jags kicker. Hope he gets a decent bonus for that.

Miami gave Philly a 2022 first to move from 12th to 6th in the 2021 draft. That pick could be higher than the one they traded up to.

Aaron Rodgers shouting to the Bears crowd 'I still own you' had made me laugh.

Love watching the NFL but I really wish I understood it more
