Matondo doesn't appear to have had the same impact in Germany as Sancho after leaving Man City for £10m. Three appearances this season and now he's rocked up in Stoke. Even Ravel's managed four this year at Den Haag. Going overseas to gain experience, both life and football, should be applauded but it's not all plain sailing.
Just shows there isn’t one route to go and develop. Where Sancho, Bellingham, Musiala are excelling, others may struggle. Foden has stayed, been patient and is looking stronger all the time

I think Bellingham will be interesting to watch. He is so, so young and with so many other young players within that Dortmund team, the change of manager and a business model that surely has to at some point change/falter it's by no means certain he will prosper. Will also be interesting to see whether his brother follows him there.

Bellingham is just to good not to prosper in my opinion. So level-headed too.

Not seen his brother play but must be half decent as he's also played in England youth age groups!

Bellingham wouldn't have been allowed to go to Dortmund if the deal was done now, so presumably his brother wouldn't be either

I thought the new rules regarding under 18s only applied on transfers into the English game and not transfers out, unless the Bundesliga has a reciprocal arrangement?

Ozil has agreed a mutual termination of his contract with Arsenal and is off to Fenerbache.

Villa trying to sign Morgan Sanson from Marseille who we've been linked with for ages.

I really like him. Hope they don't sign him.

Looks like Huntelaar is going back to Schalke. That's another one we've missed out on

Bit late but in his last game for Ajax he came on in the 89th minute and scored twice, they won 3.1. Deffo missed out ;)

VILLA AGREE £14M SANSON FEE

Aston Villa have agreed a fee with Marseille for Morgan Sanson.

Villa will pay £14m, with the fee potentially rising to £15.5m with add ons.

The France midfielder is expected to arrive in Birmingham next week.

Frimpong leaving Celtic and on his way to Germany for £10m. Not have we don't have enough RWBs now but I'd site bite their hands off for him

Also seems like Karomoko Dembele will be off in the next six months (current expires in summer). Probably seen how likes of Bellingham, Musiala and Elliott are developing being given first team minutes

Would that be young with potential Lingard?!

Liverpool signing Davies from Preston for £2m apparently.

shame we can’t do a Coady/wijnaldum swap to the end of the season, given they need a centre back and we need a CM. Feels like it would work well for all parties.

Don't think they really want to send us a key player for no reason!
