All with the help of Solbakken's former right hand man.

Nah I think that was the general noise coming out of France at the time.

Err, just to 'you' I think
Come on Tredders, wasn't that always the joke?

I came in talking hot fire about Razak and then of course things panned out quite differently.

Someone on here definitely gave me shit for saying Boukari was the superior player for years afterward.

Coutinho comes with an option to buy for 33m!!!!!!!

Still looks decent business by Villa (begrudging acknowledgement)

He has to get fit first and back to previous levels but it will also depend if Villa are happy for the fall out of paying someone £450k per week.

Villa certainly giving Gerrard backing , as they did with Smith. Fair play to them. None of this smoke and mirrors to which we are becoming accustomed.

Wood to Newcastle is happening. Surprised Burnley are letting him go, not so much because of him, he's been poor this year, more on the strengthing an opponent perspective when there are probably 3/4 going down.

Release clause innit.

Although why they put one in is baffling.

I don't understand Everton these days

Cracking deal for villa mind
From what I've read Gerrard played at Rangers a bit like Bruno did at Benfica, basically bullying weaker opposition and overloading them with offensive full backs. Digne will assist with the principle behind that, but in the PL I think you'll get caught the other way too often

Digne is going because Rafa is a cock and falls out with players all the time. He's definitely better than Targett, who is a coward and offers nothing going either way.

El Ghazi is a strange player to be interested in, he is shite. Wouldn't pay £2m for him. Didn't even look good in the Championship. Plus Everton's best players this season have all been wingers (Gray, Townsend and Gordon), why do you want another one?

£15m for El Ghazi would be daylight robbery. Good penalty taker, offers nothing else.
