It's still a breeze for players of his quality.

From what I've seen some the play can be exciting. But the defending is woeful. Conference standard stuff
They still have to put in the effort these days. But if he does, even 80% of what he's capable of, then yeah, it'll be a walk in the park for him.

You're not entirely wrong about the standard of defending, though, most clubs at this level don't have the talent or tactics to be defensively sound without parking everyone behind the ball. Amazingly, it's still a damn sight better than it was ten years ago.

Easily could have got double that and more last summer....which German Scott Sellars included a fairly cheap release clause to appear at this point in his deal

Wouldn't go there without it though, he wanted a couple of years in Germany as a next step, otherwise he would have just come to the PL or gone to Real

Christ. They are going to be absolutely unplayable with him up front.

He misses a fair few games with injury' let's hope we get them those weeks

He averages about two thirds of the games each season for BVB so there is hope!

Hot take: top league champions shouldn't be allowed to buy any players in the next transfer window

Sportswashing clubs should not be allowed full stop. The level of it on the BBC website excessive coverage, led by that guffawing moron Micah Richards is rather alarming.

We're on slightly shaky ground there - Fosun are only able to do what they do because of links to the Chinese government.

I don’t see why our owners should get off lightly either. Sportswashing is abhorrent.
