Back to gout, friend went to the local pharmacy yesterday and brought me voltaren50 and zlyapour.
One is for the uric acid the other for reducing the pressure as the gout spread as far as my knee.
Took one of each last night and one voltaren this morning, dose is two voltaren one morning one night, one zylapour at night as I started at night.
Relief now (middayish) after second voltaren this morning is amazing I can walk again, though I don't plan to play football for a while.

Priced up containers to China and back today £1600 to get there, just over $19000 to get back....Ok
Actually worked out $2k cheaper to rail it back, the world doesn't make sense anymore

Air freight went up 1300% per kilo last year. 18 month rolling contracts meant nothing as passenger aircraft weren’t flying and commercial freight brokers were issuing 7 day ‘spot’ rates.
It seems a not too dissimilar hike on containers. The £1600 is a rip off as well, most go that way empty anyway

Never more glad of one than today. Even with a proper valved serious mask I am suffering after 8 hours of sifting through fire damage. Without it I think I would have been in real trouble.

It's petty in the big scheme of things, but the amount of glass everywhere, it's on footpaths, cycle paths, in the road, just chunks and slivers of it all over the place you notice this sort of thing cycle commuting daily, luckily the tyres are holding up, but I do check them and get the bits out of them during a tea break
this is getting worse tbh. seeing broken glass absolutely everywhere at the mo.

I have gout because of my PV. I take daily Allopurinol and Colchicine. If it flares up I have Co-codamol plus diazepam and naproxen as emergency standby!
I've had gout for a week now, usually when I get an attack it tends to be confined to the big toe area and usually subsides after 3 days or so. This time it's my foot. I spoke with GP yesterday and have just started a course of colchicine.

Managed to get an emergency appointment at my dentist: had a wisdom tooth pulled. Left side of my face feels crap and I’m supposed to be meeting some friends who I haven’t seen in 18 months for a late afternoon/early evening meal/pint. Not sure what I should do really!

Changed the "pint" to "pints" and you'll be fine.
