If they're telling the truth about when he was infected/tested positive then it's inherently dangerous for him to be checking himself out of hospital, and there's a 0% chance of him isolating properly if he goes back to the White House.

Interestingly the White House has more cases at the moment than the whole of New Zealand, I believe.
