I'm pretty sure they have to convict him first - otherwise a Republican senate could have preemptively barred HRC etc.
 
MSNBC caught out by someone sending in what they claimed to be footage of this weeks meeting between Trump and McCarthy at Mara-Lago. Either someone didn't check the tape or they did and thought "fuck it"... 🤣

the dominion stuff is so good. I love how they're going after everyone and shutting them up. decency and objective facts couldn't stop conservatives from spreading bullshit, but the threat of defamatory lawsuits sure as hell did.

edit -- for context, newsmax is like OAN in that it's a newer, batshittier version of fox news that's popped up during trump, that's even further right wing. they have been peddling these lies for months, got lawyered AF by dominion, had to give on-air retractions and read statements where they had to self-own being liars, and now are super wary of airing anything potentially negative against the voting company.

this mypillow dipshit has been giving crazy interviews all over the place and just spouts bullshit, even for a crazy right winger.
