You probably checked after I posted the above thread but before I truned them back on - admins can still see the forum and posts even when its turned off.

Fixed. For some unfathomable reason the site doesnt autmoatically apply DST changes for guests. Should be good now.

The "GMT time" is correct to the current UK time now.

I changed it to that time, it was on +1

Go into "Settings" at the top right of your screen. Then "General Settings" down the left hand side. Then near the bottom there's the time settings, so in "DST Correction Option" choose "DST corrections always off" from the drop down menu. Make sure the time zone above it is set to GMT.

That should sort it.
