Sounds like some people are enjoying this. Bit weird.
Yep. If you're perpetually pessimistic by nature, I guess you've got to enjoy it when things go wrong, otherwise your life will just be miserable.

Never thought I'd see Wolves play worse than the 1-0 defeat at Huddersfield. That was worse by a long way

Not me, that was a woeful performance - hopefully just one of those games - they should be made to watch that a few times.

I’m all for a bit more fluidity, but it was more chaotic than anything.

We've all been critical! Your lack of self-awareness is bizarre. Instead of asking all of us why your posts get people's backs up, why don't you take a minute to consider the answer yourself?

I'm not stupid, I have considered it. I said I was confused what the new direction was, and what it was doing for us. No angry words, no OTT criticism, just that. I still don't see what's inflammatory about that. Re read my post again.

Many others have gone on to express much the same later in the thread.

Like I said, I'm not gagging myself, you need to get more tolerant.

Coming over all finger wagging at some mild criticism when we've suffered our worst defeat under Nuno... and I have a lack of self awareness

xG for the game was 3.11 - 0.43

We were just bloody awful.

Weirdly, we had more possession than west ham so I guess that part of the plan is working. We just looked so soft and easy to play against, we never looked like scoring and didn't defend well.

We looked like we did when we went on that run just after we got promoted before we switched to 352. West Ham had a better game plan than we did.

I hope this just a hangover from last season, I did wonder if it might impact us - I'm not saying it has but I did think it might take a few weeks into the season for us to get our shit together

I think the possession stats are misleading, we can have a throw in 5 yards from their corner flag and it'll end up with Coady in our own half !

Yeah, 3 down with ten minutes to play and we're bunting around at the back...

Why is it only people who are being 'negative' who have to wait until some mythical future time to comment?

No one waited to crow about Doc's performances at Spurs, or waited to say what great signings Semedo and Silva were.

It's only things that aren't critical of Wolves that we can say prematurely?

Agree with this totally. It's a public forum. You're more than entitled to complain and criticise. I may not always agree but then that's kind of the whole point of a forum.

That’s as poor as it gets really, certainly from a defensive point of view. Bolly’s form is starting to give me some real cause for concern. He’s the best defender at the club but at the moment he is all over the place. That has to be unsettling for the rest of the squad.

Plenty for Nuno to sort out.

The main reason people react to the prawnking/cyber brand of criticism isn't because of the actual criticism. We're all critical of that showing tonight, without exception.

It's the self congratulatory "I told you this might happen", "see I was right" tone that they always take and their attempts to constantly play the victim.

No-one "saw it coming", or "had a feeling this would happen". We beat them four times in a row without conceding before this. It was a performance completely out of the blue in how poor we were defensively.

So stop patting yourselves on the back for being constantly negative and it finally coming true for once. No-one is interested in hearing it.
