Wolves 0-0 Ipswich - verdict thread

We didn't even have a match thread.

In the words of Stan Lee - 'nuff said

I only caught the last few minutes. Any positives to take out of today.

Jackett remembered that subs can be made before the 80th minute. Clean sheet.

...not that I went to the game but I'm farily confident that's it

First time i've left early since i was a yout'. And its because i had too. Still. Definitely a positive.

Yes there was a positive; by using up my merchandise cash I got the "manders paint and ink" retro shirt for £1.30.

As for the game the only positive is that there is about a month of this season left.

Sounded like a proper snooze fest, team selection looked all wrong again and his persistent selection of Siggy is baffling as much as playing Zyro up top.

Oh man that was boring. I had to really stop myself leaving early. Seems Wolves are still on their international break as they didn't turn up today. Hause and Price best two on the field today. Ikeme made a couple of cracking saves but needs to communicate, too quiet.

I would hope that the team selection followed by the what seems to be the performance (I wasn't there) will give the decision makers something to think about, if nothing else because the player they've blown our budget on can't sniff a start

Fuck off, Jackett, Moxey and Thelwell. If this is the best we can do, with the players we have, then something is terribly wrong. Utter crap. I have never been so disinterested since before I first went to a Wolves match in 1967.

Hause was rancid in the first half could of easily cost us 2 goals giving the ball away. Particularly when outmatched on the goal-line.

Dominated in the air, I thought he did well.

Bjorn went off before halftime, was he hurt or just that bad?

Bad. Really really bad.

Not sure why he and Zyro didn't swap as neither were really getting any joy in their unatural position, but siggy was dreadful.

Emotional return to Lillestrøm in the offing, then. Feel for him but he's obviously not up to this anymore.

Better in the 2nd half, but a decent opponent would have punished his constant concession of possession in that particular spell when all he did was lose the ball. Still a kid in footballing terms so plenty of time to learn.

Nothing will improve until we have a total clear-out. Even then, nothing is guaranteed. Hang on to your memories of the '50s, 60s and 70s, as it's unlikely we're going to return to those 'dizzy heights' in the near future.

You're almost as boring as the Wolves. Total clear out my arse.
