Wolves 1-2 Man Utd: Verdict Thread

Or a championship club and we meet when new manager/s have ballsed it up royally

Don’t mind saying I had more than a tear in my eye at the end. Never felt like this with a Wolves manager before. Really hope it’s not the end, just the beginning of a new era.

Positives:

Marcal managed 12 minutes.

The rest can get in the fucking bin.

Today I learned: Our fans are bigger cunts than even I give them credit for.

Those who boo'd an anti racist initiative and are now chanting a BME managers name and racially abused a bloke doing his job. Utter, utter cunts.
It was a hand full so please dont tar me and 99 percent of the other fans please.

Genuinely sounded like 10-20% of the capacity mate, it was loud and obvious
Perhaps came across louder on TV than in person - I’m probably, naturally, more sensitive than most on this and I didn’t think it was a huge number.

However the minority its certainty brought bad press to this football club. Last time this happened was at Millwall I believe.

Not sure how the booing came across louder on the tv, but the support during the game came across quieter than in the ground. Unless BT had the work experience person on sound control.

You must have terrible sound on your tv as the crowd came across really well. Loud and proud.

Ok. Good to know.

Tbf, there were moments where it came across really loud, I agree.

It’s a shame that the mainstream media will only focus on the booing during the knee and the idiot thrown out for doing monkey chants, though. It takes a special kind of person to get priority tickets for the last game of the season, after being out of the ground for however long it’s been, to then do that.

And thankfully will never attend a Wolves game ever again for this braindead actions.

Plus Im sure United fans got certain tickets in the North Bank upper as I heard a few United chants..

Was nice to be back in the ground. First “normal” weekend I’ve had for a long time. Can’t wait for for a full house again. I’ve been to less emotional funerals than Nuno’s lap at the end.
