Bruno’s bollocking worked then. Excellent reaction and exactly what we needed.

Boly was fantastic. Wonderful goal from Ruben (sign a new contract, please?).

MOTM Jonny. Absolutely everywhere and makes such a difference to have two quality wing backs on the pitch.

Let’s make this about how good we were tonight rather than how shite Watford were. We played some lovely football.

Good god were Watford (and Foster) woeful.

Been a long while since we've been treated to such a thoroughly handled, low-drama, beautiful cakewalk. Job done.

Neves lobbing one over Foster at the end was an excellent bow on top. Hopefully gives the team confidence to keep playing like they did. Lots of excellent movement in the final third, great pressing, more passing through the middle.

edit -- agree Jonny MOTM, so good to have him back. Ditto Boly.

Yep, all about the intensity tonight, which has been desperately lacking of late.

Just shows the formation isn't the issue, the personnel and mentality is what matters.

Boly and Jonny excellent, Saiss was a little shaky, might be worth looking at Kilman Coady Boly moving forward.

RAN superb, Raul also had far more drive about him, another that has responded well to being out of the team.

Jonny will rarely have played better for us, magnificent.

Oh and Ben 4oster, you had your soul ripped out tonight 🤣

Only saw Rubes goal which was a lovely weighted chip.

Good to hear we played well, albeit against a poor side by the sounds of it. Still got to beat what's in front of you and scoring four goals will do the confidence good.

Also good to hear Boly and Jonny had good games. Nice to have them both back.

Nothing to add to that, apart from when we have good wing backs in the side we look great.

Neves was 10/10 tonight, I think even Moutinho was in awe of him. The pair of them just ran the game. Passing was crisp and accurate, tempo was spot on and they were biting into tackles.

Despite winning 4-0, still feels like we didn't score enough. I don't think Foster made a save of note all game.

Boly, Jonny, Neto all back.

Still worth dreaming for this season.

That was excellent. We were so superior in every way. We did to them exactly what decent teams should do to poor ones. Some fantastic individual performances, with Jonny, Boly, RAN, Neves and Moutinho being especially good. But overall it was a solid team display with every single player contributing. The 2nd half was as dominant as it is possible to be in the PL, I genuinely can't think of Jose having a single meaningful thing to do after half time. Total control, Bruno will have loved it. Special mention for Neves goal: what a beauty, such a calm, clever finish. Absolute quality.

I only caught the second half and even though we dominated, it didn't feel like we created that many openings.

Pretty obvious that was going to happen seeing as I couldn’t make it. Still managed to watch the whole game though and enjoyed every second.

Missed first half only caught parts of the 2nd.

How did jonny play in comparison to semedo? More meaning style of play etc, as I personally like Semedo but having jonny fit gives us 3 good wingbacks IMO

don't exaggerate, foster made a really good save in the first half

Watford were awful. Legitimately one of the worst performances I've ever seen from a Prem side.

We made them pay for it, though, which we desperately needed to do.

Shout outs to Fabio for being a good presence up front at the end despite not getting a good chance for himself (the scuffed one was a tight angle so I consider it a half chance, really).

Well I did enjoy that, had (having) a shite week and was close to binning it off but went as it was originally a Xmas present for the boys, well I'm bloomin glad I did.

Thought it was an excellent response to a bad run, we totally dominated a poor Watford. After that 8 minutes we just took it easy and let the crowd enjoy the party, feels like an age where we've been so comfortable at a game.

It makes it even better that the old pantomime villan Foster was in goal and playing so poorly, ha. Lovely from the SB when they wouldn't pass him the ball back.

I do enjoy nights like this, and the kids are over the moon, that Neves goal, a thing of beauty. Must remember though that if I'm getting tickets in SB lower not to buy tickets next to the away end, kids heard a few new words tonight!

Bolly was magnificent at the back once he got past the first 5 minutes, Jonny back to form, and Neto back in action. Happy days, let's keep pushing on for Europe.
