Wolves Academy Thread

Well done to the Wolves lads. Makes good reading. Acorns and all that.

Game v Man U on MUTV tonight @ 7 - think Sky subscribers can watch it without subscribing.

Also about 5 streams on FSI if you don't have SKY

Man U start with Smalling, Buttner, Anderson and Powell - a big ask for our Wolf Cubs.

very good run by ismail..should have been 1-0 up there!

fucking hell our u-21 team have a much more fluent passing game then our 1st team

He'd had a really good start too, was looking forward to watch him the whole game. Silly tackle

can we keep the score down..we will see

Don't know what Zeli was thinking there - dreadful tackle leaving the referee with no choice. Shame because he was looking lively. We've been the better team so far but now we've got to play 80 minutes with 10 men.

We've done really well to keep it goalless at half time. Defending excellently - I like the look of Jamie Tank.

Utd haven't really created anything except a chance brilliantly created by Nick Powell that Anderson should have scored from, right on the stroke of half time.

But really promising, professional and steady performance from Wolves. Could have been even better had Zeli not had a rush of blood to the head.

Think Winnall has done pretty well too. Hopefully they can keep it like this - or nick a goal!

They have done very well, but it will be very difficult with only ten men.

I think Winnall has looked tidy too, he's looking to use the ball properly, taking his time, not rushing, filling in pretty well in midfield when we lose the ball too.

Yep - agree about Winnall.

I think Nick Powell looks quality for them - would have him down here on loan in a shot.
