Recently read an article about a couple of Premier teams and their associated Women's teams so was wondering how Wolves women are faring?
Obviously get no coverage over here, so, are they any good?
Anyone know why Wolves as a club are not a bit tighter to the Womens club?
Are there any tie ins between the two clubs?
Are the women playing their home games at Buck's Head, indeed have they ever played at Molineux?
Does the Club supply their kits even?
I occasionally get little clips on Facebook but little else.

They're in the fourth tier so no. They are 10 points clear in that division though so should be going up this year.

They're improving this, the women train at Compton now and they have a bigger profile around the club generally. As for the why, it's because hardly anyone cares and also the current standard they play at is atrocious.

They play at Castlecroft (where we used to train until the 1980s when we had to flog it).

I believe they do now, yes.

As I mentioned on another thread a few days ago I'm not really sure what the endgame is with us and this side of things, or indeed women's domestic football as a whole. If you stick England games on FTA TV and there's nothing else on then people will watch it, especially in a World Cup or whatever. No-one is going to watch anything below that standard in any great numbers.

Doesn't impact on me though so they can carry on for all I care.

They are Top and flying in what is effectively Div 4. They play at Castlecroft, previously it was at Hednesford. Fosun are bringing them closer to the overall club structure and investing in them so I believe.

The players are used in marketing material, they also have players in this years official calendar and they also involved in the open days.

Do they just use the more aesthetically pleasing players, or does Tracey (who heads the ball with her nose) still get a look in?

I think we should bring back the Two Step Dance Academy for half time.

I won't hear a bad word said against TSDA and their wonderful routines.

Diversity dance troupe? Shit 'em.
