7 teams left undefeated at 3-0:
    49ers
    Packers
    Rams
    Bills
    Cowboys
    Chiefs
And of course the evil empire, Patriots.

Patriots have played Steelers (0-3), Dolphins (0-16) and Jets (0-3 and with a 3rd string QB)

Best of the undefeated teams to me looks to be the Chiefs, Mahomes is playing ridiculously well. A lot of these unbeaten teams have just feasted on bad teams like the Patriots have. Bills have beaten teams who are a combined 1-8, and the Cowboys opponents have only won 1 game between them as well.

Parity in the NFL? Not so much apparently...

I have no idea how the 49ers got away with winning yesterday, they were awful. The Packers look strong but the Chiefs look the best of the bunch so far. Very impressed with Mahomes, Kelce and Robinson. I can't rate the Cowboys as they haven't played anybody decent yet.

Chiefs will play the Pats most likely in the AFC Championship game when Andy Reid and Belichick will both do what they do at that stage

Lions are also undefeated at 2-0-1

49ers and Cowboys haven't looked great tbh out of those 3-0 teams.

I don't think any of them are convincing apart from maybe the Chiefs. All the media are going gaga over the invincible Patriots, but looking at who they've beaten who knows if they are really that good? They probably are, and they will demonstrate it by destroying the Bills in Buffalo next Sunday, even though the Bills defense is legitimately outstanding. That game for me will be a true indication of where the power in the AFC lies, Chiefs or Patriots. If the Pats win easily against a really good Buffalo defense then you may as well just hand them the Lombardi trophy now.

Patriots at Bills is Sky live game at 6pm on Sunday. I don't think I've ever seen the Bills look good on Sky, they always get blown out.

Chiefs v Lions is a great game.

Buffalo still in with a chance to beat the Cheatriots.

In other news, Washington are absolutely rubbish.

Must have been attritional watching that shite.

The 'highlights' of the Saints game only serving the purpose of making the Bears game look a thriller. Can't see past the Chiefs or Patriots right now. Watching Redzone yesterday and the blatant cheating not getting called for the Patriots was embarrassing for the officials. They really have shithousing down to Burnley levels.

AFC looks really strong. I don't think there's any team better than decent in the NFC. Maybe NO with Brees back.

The Chicago "D" is never boring to watch. The stand in QB is passable but as long as he can work with Burton, Robinson, Cohen and Montgomery, we'll be fine

Chicago aren't winning a Championship with Trubisky or Daniel

Shame Trubisky won't be playing, or looking unlikely at least.

Nasty hits also on Marcus Peters in the Rams v Bucs game (didnt look deliberately dirty though) and a pretty nasty hit on Josh Allen in the Bills v Pats game which did look pretty deliberate and dirty.

Here's that laser half time show at Spurs yesterday. Very impressive, and looked even better in real life than on the video.

Gruden is the first Head Coach to get bulleted. Not sure anyone could be a success there with what they have to deal with upstairs

Snyder has been a joke for ages but that defense is about as talented as you can ask for in this league, yet somehow under Gruden was atrocious every year.

Difficult to play decent defense when the offense is constantly on the field for 3 plays and a punt. A major contributing factor to that is their best player on offense sitting out the season because of a dispute with the management. Gruden was awful, but a high level coach wouldn't get that side above 5-11 at best at the moment.

No doubt, the two feed into each other. But Gruden has a fair share of blame to shoulder.

No, got fed up with being away at weekend, so... Flying to Houston tomorrow, landing back in UK on Friday and then back out to LA on Monday. Bit stupid to be fair, but flights are very cheap so probably saves a bit of cash.

Obviously on a family level you have to do what's right, but on a sporting one, it's a shame. I think you would have enjoyed it.

So, just for a change, my work rosters have fecked up... I asked for Sunday and Monday off for the game at Spurs and I've just found out that they've given me the Monday off but can't cover the Sunday

I know it's short notice but if anyone would like to go to the game (or has a mate who'd like to go that isn't a serial killer) then drop me a PM. You will have to meet up with my brother and sit with him but he's not all bad.

We won't be asking anywhere near face value for the ticket as we understand that at this late notice you may have to do some major juggling yourself. Anyhoo, drop me a PM if interested

Texans slowly getting their act together. Offensive line improving and match winners everywhere. It helped that Mahomes was clearly not 100%, but they could easily have won by more despite a relatively poor day for Hopkins and Fuller.
