Wrestlemania 14 to be precise and the rumours are that Tyson Fury will be facing Braun Strowman in a match in Saudi

Tyson Fury rumoured to be getting $15m for his WWE match and $20m if he’s interested in a match after the Wilder Fight.

RIP to Patrick Day who died 4 days after his defeat to Charles Conwell. The letter that Conwell put out was pure class and hopefully this doesn’t affect him too much moving forward.

Benn retires again as his body fails him before his come back fight. He had 2 cortisone injections in his shoulders but still struggled in a sparing session, sounds like common sense kicked in after the training got serious and he realised his body was just not able to keep up with where he wanted to be

Thank goodness. Benn is ten times the athlete I ever was and my shoulders ache constantly
    Carole Baskin is to blame.

Youtubers fighting and its shown on Sky Box Office

I'm sure it will be great viewing but I have now reached the time in my life where I can tut, shake my head and have zero understanding of the yoof of today.

The build has been very bizarre with some strange slagging matches between the pair. I get the idea that it introduces boxing to a whole new audience but I can’t see them keeping many of the new audience once this fight is said and done.

Nicola Adams has announced she is retiring on medical advice, to save her eyesight.

Absolutely joyous person, bags of ability and I'm sure she will get plenty of offers of work within boxing
Wolves have ambition and wit... why is it such a crime?

Cannot wait for Carl Froch to tell her he knocked George Groves out at Wembley on commentary

I kept getting notifications about that this week (didn't really look as I was too busy). I did think at the time "I have never heard of these fighters, I must be getting out of touch" (as well as "what the fuck kind of name is KSI")

Looked up last night who it actually was.

    Jesus. Game's gone, Clive.

I'm not interested in two fucking idiots pretending to box, ta.

They didn't it was a terrible fight. KSI especially was abysmal. No technique - just swinging wildly, you'd never have been able to tell he'd been training at the Mayweather gym.

If Fury can avoid that one big punch he’ll wipe the floor on points with Wilder

Ortiz was battering Wilder on the cards. Miles and miles ahead. But that is what Wilder can do. One punch and game over. Apart from when Fury somehow got back up.

You would hope. But when Wilder hits you , you stay hit. 41 kos in 42 wins. That's no fluke. He can be outboxed but you don't want to stand and trade with him. I think he is the hardest hitter since Tyson.

I am waiting to see what version of AJ turns up next week. In an ideal world this ends with a Joshua Fury unification fight, but their next opponents are really, really dangerous and both capable of beating them.

Wilder caught Fury absolutely clean as a whistle. And then Fury did his best Undertaker impression.

    Pfft didn’t sell it enough

Fury’s defence will need to be the best it’s ever been otherwise he’ll get caught Ko’d and retire back to Morecombe and the wwe

I don't think Wilder gets anywhere near Fury this time around, some of Fury's movement is inhuman.

Ortiz is an old man and not the one to really test Wilder which remarkably is still yet to happen in 43 fights and almost 150 rounds, including 10 World title defences. His record doesn't really require that close examination to see why. He's so far managed to avoid the most dangerous fighters in the division or in their prime. After 43 fights. Compare that to say, Lennox Lewis at the same point in his career who was fighting the best the division had to offer and instantly any comparisons between him and truly great past Champions looks ludicrous.

He is an awful boxer, with a devastating punch. He spent the entire Ortiz fight looking for that one punch knockout and despite being behind on the cards, he never looked likely to lose. Could he fight like that against the guys he's so far avoided? I doubt it. Will he continue to avoid them? Definitely. He knows Tyson Fury will never knock him out, if Tyson had anything like a KO punch, there would be a lot less willingness to get in the ring with him and I don't think his camp see Andy Ruiz as any serious threat. If he does manage to KO Joshua again I wouldn't be surprised if all sorts of problems and issues crop up to stop the fight being before 2021.

Wilder talks a good fight, I'd just like to see him in one.

Thats a fair summary, however Wilder does have a real knockout punch and at 6 ft 5 he also has the reach to trouble Ruiz.

Can't seem to find the AJ fight this Saturday listed anywhere. Is it on UK TV?
