Suddenly 173-7 and it looks like England are winning the first day.

Massively our day now. Look at the weather for the next four days. We are going to be batting in premium conditions tomorrow.

That has absolutely destroyed Labuschagne. Monstrous bowling

Is that Labuschagne gone too? Hugely ahead if so.

Look at the state of that fucking card. Two good innings and everything else is absolute fucking wank.

Their best bat today by a mile. Looked relatively untroubled until the Stokes full toss.

Worked out beautifully in the end. Won't have to face a couple of dodgy overs and decent forecast for tomorrow.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

That is just perfection for us in terms of match position. Two days of scorchio to whack up 500 would be nice.

He is going to get a ridiculous number of test wickets. A ridiculous number.

I think its so unfair that Archer with his 96mph pace has leapfrogged so many other options like the talented 81 mph David Willey in both one day and test teams

    NOT!

And Pat Cummins face when given out was worth the admission money on its own. A gif or meme awaits

We are not scoring 500 mate.

Maybe not even across two innings.

    Archer ends with 6-45.

Get Jimmy fit and we will be hard to beat.

Can we really play Woakes, Archer, Broad, Leach and Anderson? That's quite a tail. A nice conundrum to have regardless.

Woakes and Archer can bat, Broad used to be able to. Shame that Ali has broken as put him in ahead of Leach and that's decent.

Probably have a collective higher test average than the top 5 this summer!

I'm a firm believer in picking your best bowlers irrespective of their batting, but with Stokes, Denly and Root in the side you aren't going to see that attack picked ahead of an extra batsman.

Jim might struggle you know. We can't drop Broad or Archer. We wouldn't go without a proper spinner at OT or The Oval. We need Woakes' batting.
