I could let our Del's change go unanswered let's face it.

They should've cast him in that Experian advert and saved themselves a fortune on green screening in the extra Brigstocke.

I agree. If that had been against Wales I would have been fucking livid.

Anyway - Wales win and ridiculously we are top of the world rankings. Silliness. That All Black outfit is streets ahead of us.

Wtf lads it was a deliberate knock on with a three man overlap. Blatant yellow card. If you can't wrap your arms round to tackle fast enough when you've rushed up out of the line, maybe hold your defensive line and tackle the next man when he gets the ball instead. Watson knew what risk he was taking there.

That was a dire game all round. Played at half pace for 60 minutes with too many handbags and mistakes to make it entertaining.

You could see that it was a friendly.

Watson wasn't even looking at the ball so how could it be deliberate?

I thought it was another example of the inconsistent reffing throughout the game.

I think we’ll have to agree to disagree - his arm was coming round in the tackle not to play the ball.

It wasn’t inconsistent - he was a homer.

Neither side played well today and based on that can see either being good enough to beat New Zealand who regardless of what happened last week are a step above everyone else still.
Can see this easily being the QF at the World Cup.

What kind of tackle is this ref. Gauzere?

If you watched the match you must have seen this airborne tackle around his head.

It was diabolical, but he got away with it because of the poor standard of refereeing.

That's my point. I hope he isn't reffing in the WC

It was a shocking tackle and nothing was done by that shithouse ref. He was appalling.

Following Wales 'try' against England, World Rugby have amended the rules to stop it happening again.

Looks as per usual we have timed our World Cup preparation as per all the previous ones. Peaking 12 months fucking early.

Just goes to show how silly the rankings are at the moment. Excellent result for Ireland. A lot of our experiments didn't really push for squad inclusion, apart from Rhys Patchell who looked okay. Just waiting for Gatland's final 31 in an hour.

Idiotic action. The betting rules are well known.

It does give Stephen Jones the opportunity to integrate into the coaching team before Gatland leaves and Piyac (sp?) joins after the world cup.

My best mate has just landed in Japan, he got lucky in the ticket lottery and managed to get tickets for all Ireland's group games, so he did a couple of weeks around Asia, ending up in Japan for the WC.

He's just found out that the weather is to be a downpour on Sunday for the Scotland game, with a risk of it even being called off. What a pisser.
