if your paying for his ticket , it's still his opinion, and remember footie is a piece of piss when your arse is glued to a chair, or the bar stool.
And if that opinion was about players then that's fine. What fans aren't entitled to do is tell other fans what they should think or accuse them of thinking a certain thing about a player. If a fan says they are not scapegoating a player then their opinion counts the same. Unless of course those doing the accusing are paying for all tickets or we live in China.

I didn't expect you of all people to be so touchy. Seems I've upset you, for which I apologise for as that's the last thing I set out to do on here, and anyone else upset at being called a scapegoat today.

I'm gonna banish myself to molineux way as punishment.

Only once the shot was blocked and then hit Saville who was standing in an offside position after his header. The Mason shot though was on target and blocked by the hand of Duffy i think.

A more fitting punishment would be to arch the highlights of our last two home games again!
"FFS Costa" with or without an apostrophe?

He did say "highlights" suggesting it will consist of about 15 seconds as the ref calls the players over for kick off followed by a cut away to the ref blowing for full time. So not great viewing but no more than 30 seconds to put up with.

    Highlights (over 2 mins!)

You can actually hear the sarcasm in the cheers for Siggy's (tame) on target shot, which was the only one we managed

Anyway, that support for the frowned upon has stayed with me all my life.
I thought Holsgrove was terrible. The Doog went on record as saying he was the best centre-half in Division One. Then Ronnie Allen signed a midfielder from Aberdeen called Frank Munro (who wore the number 10 shirt in his first game for us) who became the best centre-half in Division One, without doubt. Holsgrove would walk into the present Wolves side and would easily be our best and most consistent player. That's how far we've progressed since the late sixties!

TBH I think most of us are capable of "scapegoating", with me its Mcdonald and Evans (although not sure he'll pull on a shirt for Wolves again) I guess if you notice a player is crap, you tend then to only notice the crap and overlook the good points and vice versa.

nice! as a club, we're re-inventing football. we just need to appreciate it's not all about goals and ambition.

(this is tongue in cheek btw)
it is not that I have no past. rather, it continually fragments on the terrible and vivid ephemera of now.
