Massive inning for the Yankees. Absolutely massive.

Think I heard them say that next year it's the Chicago clubs playing at the London Stadium

A few tickets were priced at 30 for this weekend so your organs can stay safely pickled inside you (oddest sentence I have ever written)

The Red Sox pitching is horrific but the Yankees are on fire.

Red Sox were a home run away from levelling this up but into the 9th and it's still 17-13.

Yankee pitchers have lost their head since the 6th inning

All done and some brilliant play to end the game by the Yankees.

What a game. Thoroughly enjoyed that near 5 hours!

Didnt have to tell me but let's be honest that game is not the norm.

The cynic in me would suggest pitching like a 8 year old with a broken elbow was requested for 6 or 7 innings to help boost the chances of runs or nearly all the pitchers thought they were playing for West Ham and bottled it at the London Stadium

I would say that was the baseball equivalent of Wolves 6 Rotherham 4 from a few years back! Baseball is so engrossing. Time really flies. The music and theatre also help the watcher get involved. I was always surprised it wasn't more popular over here.

The Yankees batting line up is very good right now. Porcello, the Red Sox starter isn't great but a 4.52 ERA (earned run average) coming into this isn't stinking out the place and he did pitch a 7 inning shut out two games ago.

Tanaka, the Yankees pitcher, is having a very good season with a 3.21 ERA. His best in 5 years and has pitched a complete shut out this season.

Both pitchers just had a mare and the bull pens aren't really equipped to go nine innings with all their relievers.

with F1 and England only just put the 2nd game on. Will watch the replay later.

Just coming to the end of the 8th and its Yankees 12 Red Sox 6

In terms of scores, don't think the MLB could have got 2 better games over here

Just like yesterday the Sox seem to score for fun when they are 2 down.

Had the potential to be all square in the 8th as the bases were loaded with 2 outs and the lad scuffs it into the infield and gets tagged out.

Pitchers weren't great today either. Good game to catch up with after the cricket. I think both games have been a success.
