A Historical look back at PM May...

New thread time. Suggestions for an amusing title welcome.

Didn't even have to take power for the nonsense to start.

Mrs May told party workers Labour had brought Britain to the brink of bankruptcy and could never be allowed to do so again.
Ah, one of the great Cameronite falsehoods. Of course Britain by definition can't go bankrupt, even if we were anywhere near in as much financial strife in 2008/9 as the Tories claim, which we weren't. Clearly all the debt the Tories have run up since 2010 is erm, different debt. Good start there, we've had six years of economic illiteracy, you'd think you'd want to chuck that away but it would seem not.

"Whether it's led by Tony Blair, Gordon Brown or Jeremy Corbyn, when Labour prospers, the country suffers. So let's make sure they don't prosper.
There was no prosperity in the UK whatsoever between 1997 and 2007? Really?

6 years of Tories and the country is more monumentally fucked than it has ever been in the last 40 years. Sure she's more than capable of keeping it up.

Didn't like the look of Philip May's wave. He looked like a contestant on Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

I should imagine he's already a millionaire, having sold his shares in G4S after his wife was the Home Secretary who handed out contracts for Prison transport and Court officers to private companies.

That's a high bar, no matter what a witch you may think Thatcher was.

    Dear politicians of the UK
Over the last few weeks since the brexit vote I like many others have been singularity unimpressed with the lack of leadership and dynamism. Since I have been old enough to vote I have had Thatcher Major Blair Brown Cameron and now May. What I want is a leader. Some one who puts Britain and the majority of its people first. Someone who recognises the concerns of the masses with regard to benefits ,migration ,housing, infrastructure, employment, education and taxation. Someone to fight our corner, to make me feel that my opinion is valued. Someone to give an honest answer. Someone to care for those less privileged. Someone to not tolerate scroungers. Please step forward. If you can tick those boxes I will vote for you regardless if party. Britain needs you. I need you

Boris has got that. Maybe we can send him on a permanent mission to Angola or something. We know how he likes finding "piccaninnies with watermelon smiles".

Breaking: George Osborne was sacked. Theresa May told him she didn't want him in her Cabinet. Wow.
