    Maybe.

The Wrekin View is another good pub around these parts, as the name suggests you get a great view of the Wrekin from there!

Just found out that a very nearby pub - a shithole Banks' pub that I've been in less than 3 times as the beer is so awful despite it being a 5 minute walk away - is being bought and taken over by........

    Bathams.

Socks before or after trousers, but never before pants. That's the rule.

Which pub is that? I've still yet to find time to do an all day Bathams pub crawl.

Yeah, intrigued now. Asked about and no one seems to know about it

A not-for-profit pub has opened in Brum. Run by the owner of Craddocks brewery - https://www.beeryeti.com/the-good-in...-a-difference/

    Looks lovely!

My mate helped to set that up. Awesome premise - not had chance to visit yet, though.

What a great pub. Always call in when going to Warwick races. As a side note make sure you get fish and chips a couple of doors down. In the top two of the best I have tasted. The other being in Bideford they just shade it.

Chip Shed? Yeah it's not bad in there.
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to Hélder Costa

That's the one. Great town, great pub, great food and great racecourse. One of my favourite days out.

The gaffer of the Lych Gate Tavern needs to take a long hard look at some of the clientele he lets in through the door.

    Indeed.

I'd happily serve Boris a pint (as long as I get enough warning to enable me wipe my cock around the rim of the pint glass).

This place looks tremendous, will have to try to visit when I'm back over again. I actually remember it from back in the sixties when it used to be an upmarket tea/coffee house. Much to expensive for a ragged arse like me at the time though.
