I think you need to accept that the playoff winners will be right down at the bottom. Villa are rubbish and these two make the Fulham defence look like 1988 AC Milan.

But they won't spend like Fulham nor will Derby. Fulham bought great quality for the wrong positions. Neither Derby or villa will do that.

Villa''s owners are as rich as they come. They will spend massively, it's whether or not the can get the right quality in and gel them into a a team.

Exactly. But it still keeps them bottom 7. Their squad is worse than our squad from 2017 18 by a long long way.. As this is the cybertosis thread I can say this.

I dreamt that the cup winners were yellow and black. I thought that meant us with the new kit. Now I think its Watford, however I dreamt they would win at Wembley so perhaps that's happened. I dreamt a player was sent off from the opposition. As we kept 11 on the pitch I reckon I am backing city to lose a player.
I also think Spurs name is on the champions league. They have lost more games than any other team in reaching the final. Its destiny. I would go arsenal for the Europa league. Its Emrys competition

Just been offered the chance to go to the Europa league final by a friend whose family has multiple season tickets so zillions of loyalty points. They are on a charter flight. £1100. I declined

You also have to tell the club where you are staying before they will sell you the final ticket! I will wait til we Get there!

    Emery

Derby or Villa will be right down the bottom

As for your dream, we shall wait and see I guess. But if nonsense predictions based on "dreams" is the standard for your predictions I fear for this thread!

Its going on here but it could have gone on the Watford thread.

Watford this season have won 2 and lost 12 against the top 7. If they lose on Saturday it will be defeat number 13. Now you know that 13 kicks in my spider senses lol! Kompany to walk, Watford to win.

Even for you thatís a stretch. Arbitrarily adding wolves to the top 6 to make it Close to another arbitrary number.

In fairness that is the whole point. I like a bit of light hearted lunacy and this is the thread for it. Hunches, dreams , runes, star gazing, the works. If ever they come true here you shall find those who precict the ridiclulous or unlikely will be crowing and hopefully announcing how much they have won AKA Darlo and Spurs away!

Actually I was going for those in Euro places and Watford being the only one who can change that, with only one game in all English competitions left, so it wasnt arbitary at all, but hey ho.

Well its Villa , Norwich and Sheffield Utd coming up then. Incredibly I think Villa will finish the highest. I know it depends on who they buy in the summer and who they keep but Smith seems to have them gelling at the right time and that could be good for them. Still not out of my bottom 7 but well enough not to have too many worries 40 points or more.

On the cybertosis score we didnt beat them for 30 years betwreen 1980- and 2019 but have a 3 win 2 draw 3 defeat record agianst them since. I would hope for four points but it will more likely be two or three. So not changing my predictions at all. Norwich Sheff Utd Bournemouth and Brighton- any three from those 4.

    Sheff Utd

2 newly promoteds , 3 probable bottom seven teams in the "jinx" month ! Time we put that to bed?

The winner of the Asia cup has finished on average 4th-5th at the end of the season, the runner up has finished 11th-12th

If we don't win the final we've had it
(to be clear this is not serious)
We will get 50pts (I worked it out on my computer) W13 D11 L14

Well we win the Asia trophy and don't concede a goal, so in true Cyber fashion I am going for Crusaders to be the first team to score against us! Still win the tie though!

As a goal against Wolves, yes.

As a goal for Crusaders, yes.

But it is not a goal scored by Crusaders and thus your statement that they would be the first to score against Wolves is incorrect, Wolves are the first team to score against Wolves.

    Ok fair enough
This thread is for all of the things like this and not about right or wrong. It's about not clogging thread with debates some don't want to play on

So, o think that we as a team will still struggle against those teams who set up for nil nil and get that or better. I think that we will win no more than 8 home games but we may win up to 8 away given our style I reckon around five. I think we will have a tough November. Because it's November. No other reason. I think Cutrone is a genius signing for the money. Not sure about Jesus as I haven't seen enough

So come on you lot. Come and post you predictions hope fears and jinxes on the cybertosis thread. It's cathartic
