    Mortgage Advice

My daughter is looking to buy a house with her boyfriend in the next couple of years.

Can anybody recommend an independent mortgage broker who can initially answer her millions of questions and queries?

    Thanks

I used L&C, they are recommended by money-saving expert and they are free!

I did it all myself so can't recommend a broker

However, money saving expert forums and Reddit are great sources of information

Steer clear of lease-hold and if she's getting a joint mortgage with a boyfriend get a solicitor to draw up about who is entitled to what - makes things much easier if it goes south. All my opinion of course

If it's their first home and they're using Help To Buy they will get assigned a mortgage advisor
