    Boris is many things.

He is not, however, an idiot. He has some cunning there and has his agenda that is not always as visible as you think.

with the appointment of Therese Coffey as the new Work and Pensions Secretary, now a majority of members of the cabinet voted against same-sex marriage. This is the most homophobic
    government since the early 1990s.

Seems that Johnson has already lost more times in the Commons than Blair did...

Amber Rudd's former adviser has been on Sky News. Quite interesting. Conservative Party polling about likely results in a general election don't make good reading for Boris. Looks like their own polling only gets them to 295 seats. That is miles short of a majority.

No PM has ever been found guilty of lying to the monarch. Until today.

He should be impeached. No doubt they are all still “cool like Fonzies” within number ten.

So the communications from advisers and so on will not be published as it is “unfair”.

Bullshit. It just means there is some really incriminating stuff about that arsehat Cummings in there.

It is. It got stuck in my head yesterday which gave me some funny looks from my co-workers.

A good day for fans of fake news

    1) Boris denied ever saying the spending of money investigating historical sexual abuse cases was "spaffing money up the wall". Slight issue with that, as he did say it and it was recorded

    2) Tory Social Media team altered a BBC headline when posting a story on Facebook - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-49690325

Upping the Trump campaign strategy to 11 here but as with things like this, people won't give a shit

As Goebbels once said: tell a lie once and it is a lie. Tell a lie a thousand times and it becomes truth.

Boris on a hospital visit today

Angry parent of ill child - "You are only here for the photo op"
Boris - "There is no press here"

*cue a load press photographers taking pics and journos recording the conversation*

Only thing left for Boris on his scale of being able to beat his previous lie is to deny he is Boris Johnson

Except he is a Labour activist, who spent 2.5 years working for Thornberry which somewhat damages the spontaneity/authenticity

Yes, it doesn't stop Johnson looking a tit, nor have I seen anything to say he doesn't indeed have a sick child, just that's it's not as powerful as if it came from a regular member of the public rather than someone being paid by the Labour Party

Making your child ill enough to be in hospital, on the exact ward bojo is going to, doesn't seem that easy to manipulate tbf. He could've been a former MP for all it matters, it doesn't take anything away from his personal experience of the NHS and its decade of underfunding
