Had they not treated them abominably, then I am confident there would still have been hardly an incident of note, and our guests would have enjoyed their visit far more.
Wasn’t there only about 450? Couldn’t tell from my seat but I could see half the upper looked empty and there was only about 20 in the lower

Outside of that, they were a bit like us v Burnley with poor decision making when in a dangerous area
Meite missed an absolute sitter. Literally shaved the post, I thought it was in. Then they got in again and the little guy failed to hit the target. They were very good chances. We weren’t great at the back at times yesterday.

Had a really good time last night, started slowly but we grew into the game and overall I thought it was a very professional performance.

Most of my thoughts have already been said. Traore was very good, again. He is finally starting to bring an end product to his game. He moves for the ball, doesn't just stand around waiting for a pass anymore. Seems like he is adapting well to the new role and understands his role in the team. Vallejo was very shaky to start, he is composed on the ball and can pass about well certainly, but some of the passes he made were sloppy. Was fine in the second half though. Think we will see Bennett starting for a good while longer yet. Boly improved as the night went on and had a very strong second half, had a few driving runs into the midfield and both him and Coady made up for Neves' absence with some good switches of play. Saiss and Dendoncker were everywhere, and the latter's goal was placed to perfection.

As for Torino, I liked them, seemed like a good side. Strong, passed it about well. Thought Belotti looked good on the ball, dangerous, took his goal well and threatened a lot in the last 5 minutes or so (helped by us messing about with it at the back). Thought Ola Aina was poor at Hull but he was decent too, probably their best player on the night going forwards, did struggle against Traore but that is becauase Adama did so well. Can understand why Torino started him, wanted someone quick to match Traore but he just could not keep up - when they took him off with 20 to go seemed like they had conceded defeat. I liked the midfielder they brought on also, Meite I think, kept looking to drive the ball forwards. Defending was iffy at times though, we would be fuming if Wolves had conceded either of those goals, particularly the 2nd. They're good but we are better - shame for Torino that they got drawn against us really.

    Can't wait for the groups!

They had twice the number of shots than us, but the more telling stat is shots on target which was 5 to us & only 3 to them

Didn't Rui have to save a header when it was still 0-0? And a couple of very close efforts at the death.

It always puzzles me why casual fans have so much trouble finding their seat. I mean, you have a row and a seat number on your ticket - find that row, walk along it to the corresponding seat!

Really doesn't appear to be that difficult does it? I mean I suppose it would be better if there were people who worked there standing at the top of the steps who could even point you in the right direction but you can't have everything.

In terms of chances where I thought they should have scored, I can only remember a three. Standard saves or clearances are the moments in the game at the time you are worried about but when you watch the game back they are simple tasks that we should be dealing with

I wasn't there last night so can't comment directly. I would say that it appears to have been policed in the way I expected. I would fear what would happen with Torino fans left to their own devices and that's not a dig at them but some of the scrotes who attach themselves to our club, such as the ones who belted that Watford fan into a coma. It's sad, but I do understand it.

    Apparantely

Home and away victories in the play-off round against Torino represented only the 11th time an English club has beaten the same Italian opposition in back-to-back games in the entire history of European competition.

At the last qualifying match Torino's 2 ultra groups fought each other in the ground (not the first time) and that's why they were kept apart at ours.
I think we can safely say the police were advised to not take any risks.
    Damned if they do etc...
