Because Diogoal is pretty much already stale.

Great result, joint top (although Ipswich have a game in hand); we still need to find some shooting boots but otherwise we are navigating stormy seas quite calmly.

Cracking win. Gutted I wasn't there to rub it in.

Great win. Looking forward to reports and highlights. I actually love Diogo!

Don't know much about the game today but make no bones about it, that's an excellent win.

Strange game, we were rubbish first half pretty much everyone guilty of giving the ball and away, niggly fouls. 2nd half starts and up pops Cav with a wonder cross and some little fella throwing himself in to get the goal. Ruddy has been superb this season but a cross/shot caught him off guard its a poor one to conceded but he would later make up for it with a few saves and a great claim late in the game to take the pressure off. The 2nd Jota goal is great Bonatini really taking one for the team but putting it through for Jota on a plate, need to see the challenge again but surely that's a red??

MOTM - Jota just amazing, what a player he is should not be anywhere near the championship yet here he is, enjoy!

Ref - I actually thought the ref was ok today, he tried to play advantage wherever possible and let the small stuff go.

My team for our next game.

Jota won it for us. Shit first half both teams really, just pile of nothing. Should have made more of the chances we had throughout. They all dug deep at the end which was needed. Some really clever players in our squad now who know the game well they just need to keep working hard and there'll be more improvement

We could have had 4 (easily) that 2nd half.
Marshall had 2 chances put on a plate for him.

Great team display.
Doherty's run on empty to the very end and looks 10x fitter than last season.
Deslandes calmed down after an initial nervy start.
Even in the last 10 minutes we seem to have 2 men closing down every Forest player on the ball.
Neves is the silent assasion, constantly making little tackles across the middle of the park....what a player.

Jota.....Its like having Helder Costa and Robbie Keane in one player.

Jota, Neves, Cavaleiro.

And Costa to come back soon.

Let that sink in.

It's almost unfair.

Don't think the first half was all that bad - we were just a little bit off in the final third, mainly Cav. We were in control without making much of our ascendency.

Second half we just got it right and there would have been no complaints if we had come away with 3 or 4 more goals.

I have been watching Wolves since 1987 and I have never seen a more talented player than Jota. He is not the finished article either.

Watching Wolves is a pleasure at the moment.

Deslandes... Still don't want to write him off yano. Cocked up several times including straight away and his positioning looked worse than mine sometimes but a few flashes, a few good recovery's albeit from his own mistake. Not too bad to say he got chucked in at LWB. Not sure if LCB or LWB is best for him. Could see he was trying and I still think he's better than seen. I haven't really seen much until this season so I don't really have a view on him previous

Only seen Deslandes at LCB v Soton and did well there - not sure he has sufficient ball skill or understanding of attack to play at LWB

That little lay off from Bonatini to Jota whilst being completely taken out is awesome.

Deslandes is not quite a CB and not quite a LB let alone WB he did OK defensively bar a few moments in possession he just hoofed it, not good enough and never will be IMO.

Despite the discussion on another thread think that Leo is integral to this formation - took up good positions and allowed others to get in the right p[lace to score

Tbf that "discussion" was more like The People v. Alan :icon_lol:

Great win, Jota took the piss.

I didn't think Danny and Doc had these kind of performances in them!

Just hope vinagre & bonatini are ok, we might be seeing young Wilson soon!

The tackle on Bonatini for the second goal was a red card all day long. Shit referring.
I have noticed too that Jota as become the player to stop and my God some of the treatment he is getting is awful

Just watched them and are the bloody Wolves fans really chanting "Diego" at the end? Fucking morons
