Sky have this on the Monday. Will it still change. I can't make the Monday but can do Sunday.

So a trip next Monday night confirmed. Best book the day off work.

Train up after work and then mates going to bring me back. Hopefully we can get a result

Obviously a massively tough assignment but you never know. They'll probably look at this as one of their tougher home games of the season which sounds mental but given our record....

---------------------------Patricio---------------------------

------------Bennett-----Coady-----Boly-------------------

Doherty-------Dendoncker--------Neves--------Vinagre

---------------------------Moutinho----------------------------

--------------------Jimenez------Jota-------------------------

Subs: Ruddy, Jonny, Saiss, Gibbs-White, Cavaleiro, Costa, Traore/Abraham (if available the latter)

Harsh to leave Jonny out but I just feel Vinagre gives us more balance, gets the best out of Jota and has not been found wanting defensively at all, whoever he plays against.

2018/19: D 1-1 (H)
2017/18: D 0-0 (A, LC, lost on pens)
2011/12: L 0-2 (H), L 1-3 (A), L 2-5 (H, LC)
2010/11: W 2-1 (H), L 3-4 (A)
2009/10: L 0-3 (H), L 0-1 (A)
2003/4: W 1-0 (H), D 3-3 (A)
2001/2: L 0-2 (H), L 0-1 (A)
1999/0: W 4-1 (H), W 1-0 (A)
1997/8: D 2-2 (H), W 1-0 (A)
1996/7: W 3-0 (H), W 1-0 (A)

Fully agree re the team, and incredible as it seems, I’m sure ManC would see this as a danger game given our recent record against them and our performances against the Big 6.

Maybe we’ll get hammered this time . . . But we’re on a hiding to nothing and one thing is for sure, we don’t fear the top teams.

Spot on with that team. This is a complete free swing against one of the best sides in Europe. Go and give them a game.

Would like the team above but something tells me Nuno will stick with Jonny over Vinagre

As would I, we can bring vinagre & Traore on if we're in a position to go for it later on in the game

Have a feeling today might be when we finally get a bit of a slap. However I think that's just because people keep speaking to me about this game and their expectations of us doing well. Which seems odd and unsettling.

Feeling a bit negative about this game, City are well in form after their little blip of results, hoping for a point but suspect we'll do well to keep their score down to 2

Perfect line-up for this game. Let's see if we can possibly get something. I would bite your arm off for a draw.

Aguero only on the bench. Same with De Bruyne.

I think our midfield 3 can definitely cause there midfield 3 trouble if we can get hold of the ball

Tim 2 just pointed out Leo is out of the squad for the first time in ages. Almost definite he is going now and we will sign a replacement.

TBF the rest of the bench is so massively attacking he sort of had to make way!

Didn't make the bench v Liverpool, which was a massive hint he was off

Big test for the Donk tonight. Two or three games under his belt now and we'll see what he's made of tonight
