If anything the "Tyranny" rules will protect them going forward. It will prevent the billionaire funded upstarts like Villa & Newcastle from fast tracking their way to success and ultimately challenging City.

It’s seems more a case of them causing chaos to further delay their inevitable charges.
Basically they’re saying we don’t like the rules that were voted in fairly.

I don't know. An old lady died near to where my folks live in Ilfracombe as her mobility scooter failed and she hurtled down one of the steep hills there, she definitely broke the speed limit
