A Jonny and Jota love in thread!

Fabulous result and not unexpected.

The result I have waited all my life for. I’m going to have some fun this week.

Think it’s the first time any of us born after 1980 have seen us beat Arsenal

I fucking hate Arsenal.

Great job tonight. Defensively Arsenal were just awful. Leno looked like Lonergan. Same biscuit wrists and flapping. Jonny and Jota were on fire. We didn't look tired last all. Bragging rights with son number 3!

Amazing result, not a complete shock, we were always capable of winning, but three goals and what a first half performance, really lethal finishing. Its so promising what we can do against teams who actually play football. Now we only need to figure out what to do against the rest

Coming from a town that is 60/40 Spurs/Arsenal split, while I've enjoyed our successes against Spurs, it is realllllly good to finally put one over Woolwich!

Outplayed them all over the pitch. We certainly have the skillz, just need a little more nous, and a little more depth and we'll be up amongst the big guns. That was a pleasure to watch,

Another great result against a top team,at last we are over the fa cup result but we need to keep it going now and maybe i will be proved wrong when i said mid table is more like our finnishing position this season,if we can stay in top half thats a job done and something for us to build on next season..well done lads.

Excellent performance, fully deserved result. Diogo was fantastic, almost unplayable and Jonny was even better!

Really proud of the boys, and sets up the Watford game at the weekend...

Please send a link to Arsenal TV, folks!

Broke the 50 point barrier with 3 games to spare is beyond anything expected. We still might be going to Iceland or Moldova in July.

Well before i headed off to Cyprus on holiday i said to my mate who was getting my season ticket that I reckoned he'd see 4pts but not in the order he'd expect. Brighton would be stubborn and park the bus, Arsenal would try and play football which plays into our hands. Delighted to see that performance we fully deserved the win.

That put my beer bet over the line... :icon_lol:

They were pretty much all excellent from what I saw. Shame to not keep the clean sheet but it's a relatively minor thing.

We really, really, really need to perform like that again the next 2 games. Tough ask, for sure, but we can do it.

This season has had everything, yes some terrible "lows", but jeez what a collection of "Highs". Having used only 19 players all season, and with a bench that we all know is lacking a bit here and there, this has been beyond my wildest dreams for a first season back in the top flight.
a few new additions in the summer should see us flying even higher next season.
Who ever expected us to have 51 points with three games still to go.

On the drive back oop north, that was a superb performance against a top 4 side, again! The atmosphere was brilliant and Ryan Bennett was immense (Just mentioning him because everyone is, rightly, lauding Neves, Jota and Jonny)

4 points off Arsenal, Chelsea and United. 3 off Spurs, one off City.
Cup wins against Liverpool and Utd. Been fairly average really hasn't it?
