Wolves Kit Thread

Last years kit was a decent colour IMO (although my son’s kit is from DHGate so who knows if it’s the same as the official one). Surely this years can’t be massively different.

For me the mid 90s shirts and the LCS/Sporting Bet shirt we wore in 2009-10 were the perfect Wolves gold, though having Googled both they look different shades in every picture depending on lighting

Objectively a nice shirt in and of itself. But it's yellow.

Maybe my eyes are going bad, but IMO the difference between the W88 shirt and Goodyear shirt is pretty small. Based on those pics.

I’ve really liked the colour of all over fosun-era premier league shirts, except the adidas one with the black sleeves

The recent shirts are very ‘60s

I think football shirts are a bit like music, your taste gets fixed in your late teens.

Aye, the green just works better as a complement than the red of Watford. Red and yellow are too similar.

Is there a club that changes their colour as frequently as us?

You only have to look in the ground, the seats, the trim on advert boards, the colour of the cladding, the brickwork. All multiple colours! Then there are the fans in the seats wearing all the different shades of orange and yellow.

This is what we get for wearing a color that's also technically brown.

The Goodyear and W88 kits re great. Is there a decent retro Wolves kit site out there?

No, because Jeff decided six years ago he wanted us to play in yellow.

I don't think it's a conscious decision of his like that lunatic at Cardiff who made them play in red. He just has a fundamental lack of respect for the club, it's history and it's traditions. The developers put forward a design like this and he'll sign it off straight away if he thinks it's a good deal financially, the fact that it's plainly not the colour the club plays in won't register.
