Jeff should be pushing the PL to do this discovery list thing...we would make a fortune on the players, we really honestly wanted guvnor, signing for others

Doubt it unless we're selling Raúl or Fábio and I think we've already seen this season that we won't be spending that kind of money unless we get a similar amount in first.

Dunno, if he wants to play a 4222 it makes sense, and obviously there's huge question marks over Raul. Finances notwithstanding, we definitely need a new tog dog up front
 
They won't sell Raul for the same reason they've signed Hwang.

I haven't given up fully on Raul anyway. He's worth pereservering with as even if there's a small chance he can get back closer to what he was, he is invaluable.

He showed glimpses last season too, the goal at Southampton, lovely finish v Everton and Spurs, and Liverpool away he was genuinely superb. (especially with how he linked with Neto until he went off)

The quality is still there, it's just nowhere near as consistent!
 
In other 'news' we seem to be linked to William Carvalho again...
