Very strange way they go about games lately.
Early in the season they looked very sharp on the ball and seemed to get in behind other teams a lot through quick passing interchanges. Now they still move the ball around well at times but they just seem to sit a group of 3-4 players off the corner...
The midfield don't help a great deal either, at least the defence keep trying to show for one another but their only ever options are side to side being slowly pressed back to their own goal. If no-one shows in midfield for them to actually get out then it just becomes riskier and riskier...
Was good movement from Haaland, took himself out wide enough that no centre half would really want to follow so understandable that Kilman didn't and passed him on to Semedo but he's just got so much space out there to attack it at will. Just got to cross your fingers and hope he fucks it up
The non-challenge looked awful at first view but the reverse angle showed it so far over his head you can see why he didn't even bother to jump, Haaland just had way too much space to attack that ball so he was never going to be able to compete.
Try, and fail, to put your foot through it without knowing what else is around enough times and you'll end up catching an opponent somewhere along the line.
One of those that goes either way for me.
RAN takes a blind swing to clear the ball, gets nowhere near it and then there's a collision between the two players. From that perspective I can see why it would be given a foul. Yet you've also got Gvardiol steaming in for the shot and it's his...
It was just about getting people to identify their 'local' store quickly, I think there were only about 10 stores in the country when they first made those changes and Wednesbury would've been the closest for most people between Shrewsbury and Milton Keynes but I doubt half the people in that...
At least IKEA never actually believed those names, it was just a bit of a marketing exercise so more people could actually figure out vaguely where the stores were. Think the Ashton-under-Lyne store swapped to IKEA Manchester at the same time.
I'm adamant it's still false anyway, that store is...
Used to work with a guy who lived in Streetly - prick was adamant he lived in Birmingham, endless fun to remind him he was a Walsall resident and watch him lose his shit.
Bit like a modern day version of Post-Chelsea Mourinho, spend enough money (on both him and the team) and you'll probably get better results than the last guy but it's never going to be all that much fun and somewhere down the line there's bound to be a falling out.
Looking back now his Wolves...
