I picked Langer Dan because of this forum and also had a fiver on it!

I looked at him but his form was all over the place. It did say he was being prepared for this race but it meant that I looked elsewhere.
For the more regular punters how do you sift through such information to try and decipher if form can be discounted?

The Coral Cup is the most impossible race of the season, but with him, he was brought down when fav again last year after running into the Gold Cup fav the year before who had two stone in hand. They've not gone a yard with him since Aintree last year to get him back on a competitive mark for the spring again. The horse also clearly loves the hustle of a big festival dust up which is invaluable. Plenty spat it out immediately there.
