Better from us, now.

Chasing shadows a bit for the first ten minutes or so, Leeds commit a lot of players forward in possession and confident knocking it around quickly so got to keep an eye on those runners.

Decent passage of passing just now that looked a bit more composed but ultimately lacked the incisiveness Leeds have threatened.

2 teams, one who passes and moves with pace and intent, always looking to get forward, and us. Slow, can't pass and look like strangers.

We seem to have developed a habit of every player, whoever they are, trying to beat four or five men and then overrunning the ball

Relentless stuff from Leeds. We just need to string some passes together for a bit to calm it all down. Stop trying to force things when we do get some ball.

I do love this kit mind. Best away strip we've ever had.

This Leeds side is arguably weaker than the side that won the championship. Definitely at the back. Making them look like City at the moment though.

Neto breaks and there's there's just Raul to support, with 7 Leeds players around him

Started off as a 2 on 2 with Costa, of all people, marking Jimenez in the middle. By the time Neto got to the box the numbers were stacked against them, not got the legs of that Leeds side going forwards.

Can't see the game plan here: our possession play looks desperate and unconvincing, and our countering lacks the zip of previous seasons.

We look considerably weaker than we did last season, we don't seem to have a game plan and can't string a series of passes together.

Our goal kicks are pointless as well.

What's the point in playing three up front then? Podence and at least one of the wing backs should he keeping up

One trend through these first five games (so far) that does worry me is that we seem to win very few 50/50s or second balls.

We're really not committing players forward when we attack. Be disappointed if we're relying on nicking something from a set piece... We're not the promoted side here

Getting battered here. Only saving grace is they've not actually had that many chances.

Agree with the comment above that we just don't seem to have a clear pattern to our play this season. That international break came at a really bad time for us.
