Reasonable team - just hope that Batth can play the Coady role as well as he does

We have a pretty fair bench as well

Enobakhare - Mir - Costa
Douglas - N'Diaye - Gibbs-White - Doherty
Hause - Batth - Miranda

Subs: Burgoyne, Bennett, Neves, Coady, Jota, Bonatini, Saiss

Defence is surprising, both Batth in there for Coady and Miranda back from the wilderness, but otherwise as expected. Strong bench too.

Expected team “utilising the squad” with Ruddy and Cavaleiro getting the night off.

Swansea got some decent players in there so it is surprising (to me anyway) that they are so far cut adrift.

That Swansea team isn't too shabby, how far is that from their first team?

The responses to their post on Twitter appear to be, well, less than positive is being nice. They're not confident at all.

Ayew and Bony up front is pretty strong - in every sense of the word

Looking forward to seeing how Rafa does from the start

I think that is a cracking line-up from us for tonight's game. Come on me babbies - we can win this.

I still think it's madness playing Doherty and risking him.

unless he plans on coaching Graham into a RWB, almost certain to be signing someone shortly

Graham has only had about 30 mins play since he went on loan (& hasn't really played that role anyway)

Could accept Bennett in there, but won't give any attacking option & he's been part of the first team starters for some weeks

Agree that a signing for there is needed
