Football fans are an odd group.

Have a word @Lycan ...

If someone wants to chuck a million into our coffers to have a squad number and executive box than I’d take it.

Done it for a few years now.

I think some of the money from sales goes to local charities

No you don't, Lego head.

Man City: 89 + 91 + 71 = 251
Arsenal: 84 + 89 + 74 = 247

McGinn a star player. Fucking hell

Where we are in football.

Get your team challenging at the top...then have sell players and not be able to properly re-invest and face going backwards

That said, its Villa...so fook 'em.
Back in your box villa.

Meanwhile man united can spend their way back into contention.

The super league feels inevitable at some point if this is how we continue.

It's getting the Super League by the back door and has been on its way for a few seasons. I've no love for the source of Newcastle's wealth (an understatement), but the fact the rules mean they can't spend the money to compete with the established "big six" does seem like a deliberate act to keep them (and any other upstarts) out.

If it wasn't deliberate it would have been addressed by the Premier League by now.

Dunno if it goes here or the happy thread, but Skye Stout, the 16yo girl getting abuse off people who should know better for her acne, has just scored from a free kick on her debut for Kilmarnock women’s FC
