Yes, the historic Wolverhampton / Walsall boundary is along the Sneyd Brook, so just east of the M6. The historic Wolverhampton / Cannock boundary is along the current Cannock Chase district / South Staffordshire Actually boundary.

Pelsall, Featherstone and Brownhills are also within the lands granted to Lady Wulfruna and the historic parish, as is Arley. Yes, the place the Severn Valley Railway runs through.

The Boundary Commission report that led to the changes in 1966 literally says "we put Willenhall in with Walsall against all the principals just to make Wolverhampton smaller".

I've seen watertight leases being re-written and renegotiated. I haven't seen the one WWFC has but I would suggest that it is balanced in our favour and if the wrong people get elected, things could start to evolve. All hypothetical though as we were talking about Fosun having the club up for sale now. The lease is of very little value in that event IMO.

This seems a bit… unusual? I can’t recall the last time someone publicly agreed to join another side while the season was still going on? I’m sure it’s happened and I’m also sure someone will name a load off the cuff - but for it to be playing out in public just doesn’t sit right to me.

Now we’re safe, and given our results without Cunha in the team, I’d be tempted to only use him as a sub for the remainder of the season. I’m quite aware this doesn’t fit with the general consensus of this forum - but I just really don’t like the way Cunha has gone about his business from January onwards.

We don't need to really, they'll trigger the clause in June and away he'll go. The whole thing is pretty distasteful, but that's been the case since January
