Welcome to Wolves Matheus Cunha

He's annoyed me at points over the past few months, but I think Cunha's 'attitude' is overplayed a bit. You'd think he was Balotelli, Keane and Barton rolled into one
You think? We have had his dramatics on and off the field several times this season. Maybe he's learned his lesson now but his frustration on the field was clear to see and then we started to see his social media stuff. Personally, I think we are a better team without him in it. Of course, when he conjures up some magic, that gets overlooked.

They were discussing Cunha going to Man United on the radio today and Simon Jordan again mentioned his chat with O'Neil about Cunha as a good player/poor trainer, name checking Tommy Doyle as one wondering why Cunha gets to turn up when he likes

And yet Doyle has had a rocket up his arse from Vitor for being a poor trainer

I've always questioned why Tommy Doyle turned up in the first place.

Said it countless times before I do think the club have leaked some of the more questionable elements of his professionalism. No chance Keen and Judah would continue to put the boot in without the green light to do so.

I think Keen was upset at Cunha's reaction to the Chelsea episode and can't help but let that effect things.

Why on earth would the club tell Keen and Judah to speak negatively about Cunha?! How does that help Wolves.

Occam's razor etc...

Fairly simple, he and/or his agents were acting like a dick, they were backing them into a corner on a contract that didn't and still doesn't suit the club. They felt, ironically incorrectly, that without him we'd go down and wanted the word out there so people wouldn't be upset when he left. It worked, some are actively happy to see him go, everyone else is resigned to it. Judah called him 'not the sharpest knife in the drawer', absolutely no chance that happens if they think they'll be blowback.

Also I saw that Chelsea game, Keen was wrong about the limited wave, he wasn't about the performance. That was a player either not trying or injured and there's been no reporting subsequent to it to suggest the latter.

You're giving Shi an incredible amount of credit, he just isn't that smart, have you read his E and S articles?

Of course he's smart, you don't get to the position he has and sustain it without being so. Arrogant, knows next to nothing about football, couldn’t give a toss about the fans, ego the size of a house absolutely, don't tell me he's not smart though because he obviously is.

You also don’t need to be that smart to do this. Fairly basic stuff and plenty of fans lap it up no bother.

I don't agree. I don't think Shi is smart at all, he's made so many really simple mistakes that would obviously turn out badly. He's fell on his feet getting the Wolves job, no one above him knows any better than him that's all it is.

Read those E and S articles and tell me that's a smart man.

If you think that's indicative of how bright he is then it's not Shi's intelligence that should be questioned.

It does seem weird to me that the club apparently have first right of refusal on everything Keen and Judah do.
