£600 and free accommodation for taking part, which is nice.

I haven't - then again don't thing I am on any official list as despite nearly out of time age wise have still never done jury service
 
Australia is proper fucked at the moment.

At least 41.9C nearly everywhere on Wednesday. That record could go as well this week.

Probably just one of those things though. Their gammony PM who doesn't believe in climate change fucked off on holiday to Hawaii while all this has been going on.

Seriously, he says the whole of South Queensland and into NSW is a complete tinderbox, even worse than usual.

And of course bush fires are natural - they form part of the ecosystem. Breathing in water is not natural. Failure to manage risk cannot be blamed on climate change.

Papper - that would be fine if all bushfires were caused by natural sparks such as lightning strikes. A few are still, but the biggest causes of bushfires in Oz are out of control barbies, tossed cigarettes, and the downing of electrical lines in the high winds. Plus arson from complete imbeciles.

If you agree with the fuckwit in charge of Australia about climate change then you are talking out of your fucking arse. 8 of the 10 hottest years in Australia's history have been in this century. If that isn't a pattern I don't know what the fuck is.
