Stunning first half performance, utterly professional in the second half.

Into the top four, albeit having played a game extra, but still. What a brilliant start to the season overall.

Enjoyed that, good game and lovely flow to our style.

Donk MotM for me.

Nobody played poorly tonight but I thought Donk & Neves were especially good in the middle.

Great stuff. Fantastic first 30 minutes, relatively solid and could have had more the rest of the game.

13 from 7 is a good start

Wow, just ignore my thread then. Rude. 😂

Amazing what a difference having a threat down each flank makes - the angles opened up, the speed of transition, the proximity of the front 3, and Neves stepping up through the middle - a joy to behold.

Really entertained by that.

We've spoken all week about the importance of wingback options on both sides and a central threat. Well, Semedo and RAN were terrific. Really impressed with Nelson's close control and engine, and Rayan is some kid. As you'd expect he needs to work on the defensive side of the game, but he's earned his place tonight.

Great to see Donk busting a gut to get into the box regularly, was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet, and if he keeps it up will be a goal threat for sure.

Really pleased for Max and his continuing development, he doesn't look overawed or out of place, even without an old head in front of him on the left.

Finally, it was great to see Pod get among the goals, he's not just an assist man

Good performance all round. Controlled it pretty much from the start, and we attacked with much greater pace and purpose. I hope this is the blueprint from now on, so much more enjoyable to watch when we attack rather than defend and pass without purpose. Ait Nouri MOTM, but Neves, Donk, Semedo, Neto, Coady and Podence all excellent.

Didn't watch this as wasn't going to pay the extra & couldn't really listen as since I installed a new printer yesterday the sound has gone to pot & can't figure out why yet. If we play like this then should possibly not watch again :)

Scoring twice in the first half was a susprise - not what CP expected given our past performances, but then no one would any more than they would expect the Spanish Inquisition

Will watch highlights when I can and not comment on the actual game

Pleased for RAN - youngest french player to score on a PL debut

I doubt (m)any other team will give us as much space with the ball to play as today.

Can't have been a great start, we've not beaten teams 5-0 every game or been incredibly entertaining....

We were really good today, especially in the first half. Neves absolutely ran the midfield in the 1st half and Donck made some excellent forward runs.

RAN added a lot of balance to the team and took his goal very well. He and Killman also didn't look like the inexperienced pairing they are, though how much that is down to the ineffectiveness of Palace I'm now sure.

We seemed to get the ball out to the wingbacks, Semedo in particular, very quickly. They seemed to really enjoy the extra yard of space in front of them.

Your not going to find much to criticise in that performance, following on from the improvement on Monday, we stepped it up another couple of notches tonight, passing and movement was excellent, moving the ball much quicker especially first half. We defended well when Palace had a good spell, breaking fast and could easily had another couple of goals.
Palace probably should have had a penalty but also imo Zaha should have been sent off, yes they were minor nudges but he had a go at RAN 2 or 3 times, shaking him by the neck and putting his hands in his face for absolutely no reason apart from petulance.....twat.
RAN looked quick, confident and seemed to have loads of time on the ball....brilliant debut and together with Semedo on the other side is going to terrorize defences.
Everybody played well......very happy Wolves fan tonight

You're probably right but was it as much to do with our quick passing and movement that created the space?
