Summer 2022 Transfer Window

I’d say since fosun took over they’ve had 3 good windows summer of 2017, January 2018, Summer 2018. The rest either very average to awful.
Keep blaming FFP won’t cut it people aren’t stupid.
Keep saying it simply not good enough footballing brains are operating close to those authorising the spending at the top of the club.
I think Fosun and Jeff will learn the painful way when they’ve got a toxic Molineux in the autumn.

I've seen the young Barca prospects mentioned as makeweights in any potential Neves deal. The one though that I think is most likely is Braithwaite if his agent and Mendes can settle their differences. Would be £15m of any Neves fee wasted in my opinion.

He's terrible.

And with Hwang generating clicks for Jeff's eSports empire, where's he going to play?

I think he's terrible as well, hence my 'waste of £15m' comment as this would be his makeweight value in any deal given he's a Barcelona player. I just see him as the type of way we would squander the Neves money should we sell to a club with no 'cash' and basically underlines my lack of faith in our scouting/recruitment department. Don't also forget all those Scandi fans with high disposable incomes...

What I'm saying is until the transfer window is closed I won't judge until then.
If it is a shit window then I will will vent my displeasure.

If
Four transfer windows have already closed and the business in those was terrible. Jeff has just published an article preparing us for more of the same (only this time he couldn’t be bother to add false pacifications- he just implied the 200k people in Wolverhampton ‘don’t get it’).

Why do you think things will be any different this time round?

Why have they let Saiss just walk away?
I have a horrible feeling that Jeff thinks when fit Kilman, Toti and Mosquera will be good enough that they don't have to bring in a centre half, hence letting Saiss walk to save on wages.

He must be worth a few quid, being a PL player. So why not sell him?

Didn’t Saiss say he wanted to go home to France when his contract was up? Or did I imagine that? Either a possibility tbh.

Wouldn’t be worth much in the grand scheme of things with the clubs who’d be after him.

Point taken regarding the contract, but it’s rather low done on my list of concerns
