I'll be delighted if Leeds give Farke a chance to prove his ability until such time as they are virtually relegated.

I mean he cost nowt and no-one had heard of him. Late starter too, how underdoggy can you get.

Where do you think he's weak? The only thing I can think of is he tries some tricky passes that don't always come off, which occasionally leaves us with a problem. The flip side to that is mostly they are very good which gets us going.

    Keir Starmer at it again..

Boo fucking hoo. Dunno if they mean 100 k each or combined, whichever you can have a nice life on either. It's pretty simple don't send your kids to private school, although my eldest teaches in a private school and half the kids are from families earning less than that. What they do is live on...

Man City 1-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

That's fair but we did fuck up 2 perfectly acceptable chances ourselves, my response was to Semedo and Doc getting 'rinsed' all game by Doku.

Man City 1-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Never been particularly impressed with Doku, pound shop Adama😁. Apart from the goal I thought Semedo and Doc dealt pretty well with him and tbf the goal was probably more to do with Andre losing the ball when we were high up the pitch and no-one could get back to mark KdB.

    The Football News Thread 2024/25

Dont mind us celebrating/thanking the travelling fans even in a defeat, especially as we played pretty well and it was close. That doesn't seem small time to me, more shows a togetherness with team and supporters

They wouldn't read it, they're just not that interested in politics, as TT pointed out this forum is an outlier when it comes to politics debate, we might not agree with various posters on their political views but most on here take a keen interest and search out 'facts', the rest of the...

Man City 1-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Is that down to the quality of the Premier league or the lack of quality in the Championship? Guess it's inevitable given the way football is run and has evolved.

Man City 1-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Not sure the quality is that high at the top of the table, Liverpool have won it comfortably without being outstanding, the other top teams have been fallible at times. What I would say it's the most competitive it's ever been from top to bottom (not counting the bottom 3 obviously)

Man City 1-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

I quite enjoyed that, not a classic of course but it showed we can compete with the best teams. Matched them for large parts of the game and with a tiny bit of luck could have got something.

Played well for most of the half, ragged for the last 5 minutes. They took their good chance, we missed ours.
