First live game since Arsenal. My old man has got us hospitality tickets for my 40th last week so looking forward to this!

It'll be a good test for us but equally with the way Brighton play there should be opportunities to have a go at them, just got to hope we aren't as wasteful as we were v City.

Cunha starts and plays. The better he plays the more $ will be offered. I'm assuming $62.5M is the starting point not necessarily the finishing point. Cunha, Larsen, Munetsi. Bellegarde for Larsen at 70-75 min. Lets win

It's the starting and finishing point. If someone offers that we are obligated to accept.

We have to accept £62.5m bids. There is no bidding war.

The only thing that can possibly change the £62.5m fee if is a club doesn't agree to the payment schedule that is built into that release clause.
We have said any club wants to change that, then the fee will go up.

A release clause that we didn’t need to agree to, within a contract we absolutely didn’t need to give him.

He had two years left.

Someone seriously got shafted by his agent, there.

Remember that fella on the E&S Molineux Mix who reckoned he drove from Nottingham, heard the team news and drove back home (bollocks obviously)?

Well I haven't left my house yet...

He has made it clear he wants to leave this summer. The cause at least protects us a bit

We have set out the fee we are happy with and the terms of how it will be paid. Bidding clubs will know that so no pissing around needed. The player has agreed he is happy with that.

It's not ideal but we have at least built in things for our benefit.

Depends how nuclear Cunha was prepared to go in January. Have to assume there was something on the table for him at that point otherwise he had no negotiating position for that new contract.

Could someone ping over a message to me please? I’m out and about so don’t have the usual source…

Many thanks in advance.

Not a good start. We look nervous and shaky. Brighton pressing high and we don't seem to know what to do.
