Still lining up as 3 - 4 - 3 then

Somewhat attacking lineup so Boly, Coady & Saiss better be awake

That’s a side that knows it needs a win

Podence and Traore in the right, blimey.

I think we’re going for it! Bit worried defensively but let’s see what happens!

Not sure about Adama at RWB. He always tries to run past too many people and ends up losing the ball.

Putting on a show for BBC.

I hope Vinny does his defensive work right

Think I might have had Donk in for Moutinho for the height advantage. Come 7pm Nuno is either going to be a genius or a madman

He's had brilliant games there in the past. Man City away, Torino both legs he was superb etc.

potentially exciting lineup. if nothing else I'm glad to see doc get a rest (he needs it), jonny too. hopefully vinaldo has a good game. regardless of outcome it's good to see nuno giving some rotation and be willing to give something a bit different a go.

It's only girls who can't see the difference between SD and HD. Winds me up no end when it's blatantly on the wrong channel.

:icon_lol:

the lady drives me nuts with this. she'll frequently stream something we own on 4k/bluray, and I have to point out how fucking awful artifacts in scenes are due to compression, "I can't see it it looks fine!" oh my lord woman. :rage:

Will be VERY interesting to watch this game

This sort of side worked against Cardiff last year, we blew them away in 20 minutes and it was game over. It could work again or it could fail spectacularly. The biggest difference between that game and this is i'm sure Saiss and Donk played as the 2 so we had more height in the team.

and people were worried Nuno would go back to a boring 3-5-2

I’m quite worried by that line up. Mainly because of set pieces and defending in wide areas. If we can get good control of the game it could be quite exciting though

Jonny, Donck, Doherty, Neto out.
Vinagre, Moutinho, Adama, Jota in.

It's putting pace in the side at the expense of height.

Defensively Adama is fine aerially. Good leap on him, obviously not known for his aerial threat in the other box. Vinagre for Jonny loses nothing Either, just Donck not being there is slightly more of a problem. If we don’t give and silly set pieces away and play In their half then this is even a problem.

The handbrake is well and truly off. Most surprised, and hopefully Burnley will be too.

Just seen the team and was like WOAH.

This is either going to go brilliantly or be a total disaster :icon_lol:

Pleased that Nuno hasn't gone for the conservative 3-5-2 though.
