Yep.

Huge section that UEFA control and we have zero choice but to hand it over. When we played Besiktas the whole block was empty

Up to 200 (I think, it may be 150) premium have to be given under UEFA rules, its designed for players friends family club employees etc.

Billy Wright STH's in that area get moved for Europa games

I was just to the left of that area behind the the media. There were loads of seats with reserved "UEFA OBSERVER" messages stuck to them.

There was something going round on twitter that I saw that apparently there was racist chanting coming from the Espanyol reps that was reported but not actioned. Guessing the club's hands might be tied in such cases, unfortunately (but I would hope not)
