Football Manager

Laughed off by Everton and Villa too, was favourite for Chelski job didn't get it and now taken Stoke job. Similar squad to what they have at start, they are top half at moment with ten games left.

A good recommendation for a left-footed DC to partner Johnson is Jan Vertonghen. You can pick him up for around £8m in the second season and he's fantastic.

That's super realistic! He's absolute class. You shouldn't be able to sign him in the second season.

You shouldn't be able to finish fifth with Wolves in season one, either. My gut feel - and I've only played one-and-a-bit seasons, is that it's too easy this year.

It's a game. Should I not sign him then because 'it wouldn't happen in real life'? I had finished fourth and had CL football on offer. And Wolves finishing fourth is unrealistic too, but I generally tend to get it to happen as I'm pretty good at FM. Take a look at Isaac Vorsah, I signed him at the start of the game, is that unrealistic?

I'm not saying what you should and shouldn't do. I was criticising the game not you. He plays for Hoffenheim doesn't he? Centre half? I'd say that's unrealistic too, but Marlon Harewood signing for my L2 Torquay team, being dogshit for 6 months and then leaving for 1m is probably even more so.

Maybe this proves your point about realism, but I like to think it proves I know my shit when it comes to FM. Plunged into the Champions League with all sorts of squad registration issues, I get us through the group stage only to be drawn against Juventus in the first knockout round. A good bit of scouting, some tactical analysis and...

Top stuff there Boozad!

You've all got me tempted to start a Wolves game now.

Look what you've all gone and done, my Wolves save is underway.

I've removed Fletch's injury and had a fiddle with a couple of the youth players who as it stands will more than likely vanish out of the game if I released them.

Carlos Fierro has settled in well at the beginning of my third season.

14 goals and an average rating of 7.73 in his first 14 games!

You should have removed Griffiths' loan deal too, he's fucking mustard.

Play him straight away. And pick up Wilfried too, he's got a £2.5m release clause and is pretty shit hot too.

I signed him for Malaga, but stopped playing that before the season started. I'm probably not going to sign anybody uv the summer window.

Look at Fierro's partner at Chivas, Erick Torres.

So, I've sacked every member of the backroom staff and am now looking for good quality staff additions, preferably British.

Despite my previous post, I'm going to look at bringing in a striker and a centre half. Berra served me well on 11 so he'll start alongside RoJo so I'll look towards somebody young who I can develop or somebody dirt cheap, possibly Kara from Tromso who can cover Karl too.

I'm edging towards signing Wilfried due to various good reports from here and other forums, plus he'll add something different up top.

Looking to move on Ikeme and loan out Vokes, but that's about it on the departure front.

Sammy Lee was available at the end of the second season for me, he might be I guess. I got him in as my assistant and he has decent stats.
